Free parking, although it was a tight parking lot. Gym was nice. Breakfast was good but there was not enough seating for guests during breakfast hours. 2 bedroom suite was FANTASTIC for a large family (8)! Great stay overall

Never made the trip to staybridge hot springs. I was promised by expedia if I purchaed the protection plan for my trip that I would not be charged if I could not make the trip. I bought the protection plan and yet I am being given the run around by expdia and the hotel citing reasons why my money will not be refunded. Why does expedia sell protections plans if they will not honor these plans, Thomas Blue Eyes
