The staff, Alan and Diana were exceptional. They made our stay so comfortable. We can't wait to return. The amenities were outstanding. The pool was so cute. My husband loved the gym. Thank you again for everything.

Don't stay here it's nasty I payed online for two nites and left the morning after arriving after midnight very poor service trash all over the floors sick to pay over 500.00 to stay in dirt.

The room smelled musty and the furniture was rundown. It was ok.

Pool area : bar to go down step was not attached to cement an accident almost occurred because of this Handicap seat for pool broken unusable Towels were a disgrace too small Room smelled mustard not taken care of til much later Front desk people hid behind partition and were not seen unless called I wouldnt recommend this hotel unless you couldnt get in to a nearby one and needed to stay in this area

We loved this stay. Immaculately clean room and bathroom. Wooden items were extremely worn, but that didn’t matter, really. Sink cabinet and other wooden items were worn to bare wood. The renovated tops etc were sparkling clean, including the kitchen and pots and pans. The shower was wonderful. By biggest test was the bed- super comfy and the pillows were fantastic- like down. My biggest gripe was that there was only one nightstand. The light, of course, was over that so sitting in bed with a drink was impossible. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Quiet. Pretty happy about the stay altogether for the price!

Our room was beyond filthy! The floors turned our feet/socks black. The smell of the room was awful! What was the worst part? The ROACHES!!! The bathroom had small baby roaches crawling around. The tv's are very old and outdated, all are, whether they're the Samsung brand or not, old tvs. The AC didn't work that well either. The smell in our room was so strong from whatever they used to clean it was hard to deal with. The smell of the elevator was pretty rough as well. They only havev1 nightstand which is very inconvenient when more than one person is in the room. The cart to bring in luggage on was so dirty it looked like someone had brought car motors in on them. We will not stay here again. The roaches & nasty floors was enough for us.

We stayed one night, headed out to a cruise and the price was good

Clean room, well lit parking lot. Hotel does not have complimentary breakfast, just coffee. A little noisy due to the proximity of the highway. Request a room on the backside of the hotel away from the highway if you are sensitive to the sound of traffic. My wife had no issues with the noise.

Worn out and only 2.5 stars is all I could give.
