Not good. Cigarette burns on the bed sheets broken window had to change rooms and it wasn’t much better. Did not feel comfortable at all.

I accidently left a bag of hang up clothes in a clothes bag in the closet. I called the front desk to retrieve the bag to be picked up. The bag had disappeared only house keeping went into the room. House keeping stole my bag and its content.. I jad only been gone from the location for a few hours and at the time i was told the room hadnt been cleaned yet. Housekeeping is the only ones that had access to the room. It has key cards.. And they only knew to go in after I said the bag was there.

I really enjoyed the room and the space was perfect! The only sketchy part is the surrounding neighborhood and some of the clientele. I would suggest they fix the pool and the upgrade that gym! Otherwise, thank you!

They forgot to put hand soap for the bathroom sink and I just used the shower gel from the shower. Great hotel, a little worn but clean rooms. Sketch area but that’s how the Houston city is.
