A change of plans had me rerouting my itinerary and this hotel fit the bill. Although it was a last minute audible, Sam, the front desk manager, handled everything with efficiency and aplomb. The room was clean and neat, the accommodations were fine and the location was easily accessible from major points of interest. Excellent service made the difference in salvaging my trip.
