The pool was freezing. I had multiple things broken in my room upon arrival. The toilet paper holder, the sink was leaking water all over the floor. The bathroom door would lock but you could pull it right open. I got a non smoking room but the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.

Not clean at all I wished I would have taken photos. Recliner was broke, dishes were dirty, shower head is horrible, toilet seat was broke, no continental breakfast you get your in room kitchen lol refrigerator runs non stop, carpets are stained and ripped, dirty towel under our bed, too numerous to mention it all. We will not be staying here ever again

Strong odor of marijuana in the lobby and throughout the first floor. Book room on line and had to re accomplish the check in at the desk. In the morning the staff had no record of my stay. When they looked into my reservation they realized the clerk from the previous night had me marked as a no-show. This hindered me receiving a receipt. They said they’d have to email me a receipt. I would probably not stay at this location in the future.
