No breakfast. Not even a "goody bag" with a few snacks and water. Fresh water with lime or lemon could have been provided. Sink was clogged. I was in a double queen bed room; there needs to be bedside tables on each side, not just in middle. Also, freshener in the hallways. From this experience, would not stay at this location again.

Julian was very nice when me and my husband arrived, they explained everything to us the do's and the don't, we had to leave a credit card for any incidentals, which we had no problem with. We stayed for four days while visiting for Thanksgiving. Upon leaving we encountered a very angry man in the elevator requesting what room we were in, and we told him, we turned our keys in and required about my 50.00 deposit, and was told it would automatically be refunded to my account. While at golden coral eating breakfast, I checked my account and saw that they have charged my card 250.00, I went back to the hotel and inquired why was they charging this amount, and was told the manager said we smoked in the room, well I immediately ask the clerk to call Julian and she did, I explained to him what was going on and he said they would reverse the charges, my husband had encountered the angry man in the elevator the night before and we find out that he was the manager on site, and he got mad because my husband was still using the luggage cart, my husband was sitting in his car SMOKING, so he decided he would take his anger out on my credit card. Well I called them three times within a two week span trying to see why my money had not been refunded and I was given the run around. I had to go to my bank and request them to investigate the reversal, and thats the only way I was able to get my money back. If this had not happen we would have used them again on our next visit to Jacksonville.
