The staff was excellent. When we got into our room we noticed there was an issue with the toilet and the TV wasn't working. I went down and spoke to the front desk and the gentleman quickly other got us in another room. The lady at the desk when we checked out was very friendly and cheerful.

The microwave continuously beeped and started on its own throught the stay and during the night. Eventually had to unplug it. Bathroom sink would not drain. When brought to staffs attention, we were told they did not have maintenance on the property. We were not offered to change rooms, so we had no use of the bathroom sink. Imagine having to use the kitchen sink to brush your teeth, wash your face, wash hands after toileting. Just awful! Stay away!

Others in our party arrived before us to the hotel, and checked in. The first room smelled like an ashtray. The staff put them into a different room. After being in the room for about 10 minutes, 2 large bugs crawled out of the pillowcase. We all left and found another place to stay.
