The people who were here are very nice, but I paid a lot more money than what is stated on the back door of the room. I was actually disappointed in this room. I could go to a holiday Inn express and get breakfast and it’s anmazing. If I forget something such as a toothbrush or anything normal, in most hotels, there is no cost. I was totally dissatisfied with this place and I still am traveling. I would never ever stop at this place again. The TV is bad. The cable goes in and out so you can’t watch something straight without seeing it. I had to pay a $25 fee in case I used anything and there’s a refrigerator and dishwasher and all kinds of stuff in here that I’m not even touching and I didn’t need a room like that. Black hairs on the shower walls and I’m a blonde. It was not clean. I believe I already said there was no soap in the shower. There’s no lotion anywhere and I forgot my lotion. It was packed in my car. They had none for sale either. I know this hotel is associated with Holiday Inn because of the way of the bedspreads and the towels and the washcloth and the soap and all of that. It’s just nothing close to the Holiday Inn express. I needed a place from my pet. And the regular Holiday Inn was not pet friendly. There’s nothing wrong with my pet. He never does anything at all. It’s just a ridiculous terrible Holiday Inn knock off. I was totally disappointed and I had to pay over $200 to stay here which is wrong because the back of the door says the highest price I believe is $160and I’m gonna look at that as I walk over here highest price $129 and I paid over $200 to stay here. That is ridiculous. You better believe I’m gonna spread the word. I’m a teacher. I know a lot of people who travel. The toilet doesn’t flush correctly. It’s just super small for being a suite. Again, as I said, I paid way too much money for what I received. It’s just not clean. It’s not disgustingly filthy but when you go into the shower and into the toilet and stuff when you see other people‘s hair and there’s no soap and then there’s stuff in the sink and everything like that. That’s a visual dirt that makes me think. Where is the rest of the dirt in here not good. I will not stay here again and if anybody asks, I will share that with them. You can’t even get a freaking cup of coffee without having to pay for it. Just not right. I’m traveling from Wisconsin and going to Texas awful just awful.

The place was dirty the staff sucked and they over charged us plus there were homeless people everywhere and it was freezing cold.

The hotel rooms were amazing. Everything was beautiful and very clean. The room had everything that a small apartment would have. Including fridge and sink. The whole experience was easy and I was able to relax after driving all day.The check in and out were so smooth and I had no issues. I will definitely be staying at this hotel on my way through Joplin. Would definitely recommend.

We stay here 3-4 times a year. It is a wonderful hotel. Very clean, safe and staff will go above and beyond for you. The elevator will be down November and December. Be sure to ask if it's operational before you book your room.

It was a nice place. It had a lot of room! The tv in the bedroom didn’t work. The toilet wouldn’t flush.

Hard to get to it

We have stayed here many times and never had a negative experience of any type. LOVE this location. As a female who travels alone occasionally I feel safe even at night.

I especially liked the convenience of reaching my room from the lobby and the lobby's access to parking spaces.Food and beverage store was well- stocked.
