The other reviews of this place were really good but it wasn’t good for me. The hotel has a smell to it. Usually a hotel will have a fragrance blasting in the lobby when you walk in but this place had a bad smell. My room was supposed to be non-smoking, supposedly the hotel is non-smoking. That was not the case. My room smelled horrific. The window didn’t open and I couldn’t air the room out. I asked to transfer rooms but they were fully booked. It just didn’t really feel clean. I also was solo for this trip and there were so many men staying there, and I only saw one other woman staying there (who I knew), and some of the staff were female. It just made me feel a little uneasy not seeing any other guests other than men. I will say the staff was very nice and helpful to me. I appreciated the kitchen in the room as well.

If you are looking for a hotel and extended stay that goes above and beyond look no further. The team here at Candlewood suites are all-stars. They take there job and property very seriously for there customers stays. This property has everything you need and more.

Housekeeping and maintainence can be improved. Provide fresh packets of tea, coffee and creamer.

Clean, nice sized rooms

Staff was friendly. The room was falling apart. Carpeting was pulled up and we kept tripping on it. Our stay was not peaceful due to a noisy party in the room next to us. They also had very smelly fast food that made our room reek as well. Not the hotels fault- just unfortunate for us. When we were returning to our room the front desk staff was folding sheets on the front desk and there was a huge pile on the office chair and dragging on the floor. That was so gross and unsanitary. I felt uneasy about sleeping in the sheets that night. That’s what I get for trying to find something affordable I suppose.

Clean room. Staff is great. Internet isn’t the greatest, but solid overall
