Excellent staff great location affordable.
The staff are great from GM ,assistant managers and all the support staff. Location is downtown only minutes from great pubs and restraurants and the rates are great.
Comfortable
We had the handicapped suite, which was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is costly, considering there is no pool or complimentary breakfast. Hotels in downtown LaCrosse, which are conveniently located, are less expensive!
Quiet, nice bed, plenty of hot water!
The young man at the reception desk was very helpful and pleasant. The room was very clean and roomy. Thank you all!

Very clean room and bed was great. No breakfast service as this hotel is more of an extended stay. But they had a kitchen to make your own.
