The front desk was so sweet and helpful. The room was so clean and didn’t have a stale or old smoke smell. Food and coffee are close but they have snacks at the hotel as well.

The room was very clean and the check in experience on Saturday morning was great and the receptionist very nice and professional.
The 2 ladies receptionist who took over the afternoon shift were careless, passive aggressive and unprofessional. We over heard other guest complaining about them as well.
Good hotel overall but the afternoon receptionists attitude was a disappointment.

Requested an accessible tub. When we got there elevator was out of service. Difficult for my mother to walk up the stairs. So we got a first floor room that had a regular tub.
