We were treated very well and offered water which was appreciated.
The breakfast was wonderful. (Not so in all Holiday Inns!) The staff was very frendly and helpful.

Property is nice and staff was welcoming, even notifying me of tornado warnings procedures. My room was nice, clean. I did find the shower dismal and the shower floor was slippery like ice. Someone will fall, almost got me, but I have cat like balance and reflexes.

It was great. The day we checked out the man on duty was nice. We left and received a call about 20 minutes later that we had left an Ipad and headphones. We were so happy that he called.

I had reserved a handicap accessible room. The bathroom floor was very dirty. The walk-in shower was also dirty. There was no bath mat in the shower. I slipped in the shower. Very scary! There were crumbs on the foor around the bed. What a let down from the Holday Inn we stayed at the night before in Sterling, CO. That one was immaculate and had wonder beds. This hotel needs a refresh.
