Everything was in order

Beautiful from the outside in walmart right across for a nice little walk

The room was nice but the main issue was the shower. At first I didn’t have much pressure to shower but I was happy when they did fix that issue. The. Unfortunately the hotter I put the shower the less pressure I had. So a decently hot show had very very little pressure. Also I had to literally reactivate my room key every time I came back from work cause it would never work. It got to the point where it was the first thing I did when I walked through the lobby. The staff was awesome and so was the facilities. The ladies up from never hesitated to help with my room key and eventually knew who I was and what I needed when I did come through the doors

The room wasn’t the room I booked for. The bed was a queen and I booked for a king. The bathroom was rusted and dirty. The telephone at the location does not work so you can’t call the hotel for anything. They do not clean your room daily or give you clean towels daily you have to go down to the front desk and ask for towels if you want them.

hotel was overbooked so room not available, then room they give key didn't work after another visit to front desk key worked but room seemed occupied gave us another room. upon late return took shower inside of shower curtain had stain spot to late to complain just had to tolerate it leaving early next morning.

Elevator was down, NO DISCOUNT FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. Put on the 4th floor in handicap room. The toilet seat was broken & only attached by the screw on the left side. I almost slid off & busted my head on the tub!!! Both the telephone & the alarm clock DID NOT WORK, even plugged in. I called & communicated to front desk, the lady offered to swap our room & said come swap keys at the front desk (clearly lazy to not offer to bring them to us) I told her it'll be a little bit, she said okay. We hadn't eaten all day, so we sat to eat our take out food since already getting cold. Went to swap keys & the front desk lady said are you here to swap keys, I said yes, she said well it's too late. I said what? She said you have to come within an hr., I said how would I know & you should have made that clear over the phone, she said that's a rule for all hotels. I said you are just going to leave us in a below upkept room?! She said you can talk to a mng tomorrow & theres no maintenence here to replace the toilet seat, phone, nor alarm clock. So I went upstairs, packed, & found another hotel. This is flat-out wrong, terrible service, & BS to expect customers/guests to stay in this crap, deal w/that front desk lady, & to pay what I paid! Disgustingly disappointing & ridiculous!

This hotel is in the West Texas oilfields and for this reason it is pricey at nearly $200 a night. Vinyl flooring in the rooms and cheap component desk/table combo. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff was courteous. I travel with numerous items and need a luggage cart. None were available upon my arrival or my departure. Considering this a 400 room facility lack of luggage carriers is a definite negative.

Staff very friendly, very helpful to have the kitchenette!
