I have never stayed at one of the IHG hotels before but I will be staying at one in my future travels! I am so impressed with the staff and the room! Your staff went out of their way to accommodate myself and my dog with a room on the first floor…a small ask but taken care of with a smile and professionalism…greatly appreciated. And the room…all I can say is wow! We just came from a facility in South Carolina which had a kitchen but that is where the comparison ends. Your facility knocks it out of the ballpark! Everything has been thought of when supplying the room. Wonderful job. Keep up the great work and I wish you much success in your business!

I have had a rash of poor hotel experiences lately at other hotel chains so I was pleased when this stay was not only good, it was exceptional! It was very clean and the staff were extremely helpful and positive. The amenities like the breakfast and "social" were great. I really appreciated the extra flair the housekeeping staff put in the rooms. The common room was very cozy and all together it really was a great experience.

Warm welcome, clean environment, lovely warm breakfast included. We booked one of the two bedroom suites and were very pleased. Nice kitchen area, comfortable upholstered bar stools, well stocked with glasses, plates, etc. Good size fridge and coffee maker. Convenient on site parking. Right off of 81S.

Although the hotel was clean, there were boogers on the inside of the shower curtain. Always a great surprise to wake up to. I was in Room 208 on the second floor. There was a noise coming through the walls every 1-3 mins. Sounded like a loud heat pump or machine running. It was NON STOP all night. I had to turn the bathroom fan on, tv, AC, and music on to drown out the noise.

This hotel is very dated. The furniture in both the lobby and the room is quite worn out. The comforter cover was literally ripped badly, which is something I have never seen at any other hotel before. On top of that, the service at this hotel deserves zero stars. I booked this hotel for my son’s baseball tournament. However, shortly after arriving in the Harrisburg area, I received a notification that my son’s game had been canceled due to inclement weather. Since we were able to drive the 1.5 hours back home, we no longer needed the hotel. I had paid extra for a rate that included free cancellation, but unfortunately, this last-minute schedule change happened after the cancellation deadline. I politely explained the situation to the front desk agent and asked if she could make a one-time exception, but my request was denied. I understand that hotels have policies, but what disappointed me the most was her attitude. We were treated rudely and with no empathy. When I asked to speak with her supervisor, she told me the supervisor would not be available until next Monday. What a joke! She simply didn’t want to help us. After we had no choice but to check in, we still had to wait another 1.5 hours before our room was ready. Later other parents told us they had been able to cancel their reservation at a nearby hotel under the same circumstances. What a contrast! We’re going to be coming to Harrisburg very often from now on, but I definitely won’t stay here again!

My room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was yummy. No complaints.

Clean. Good breakfast. Room was not fully accessible for wheelchair guest. Bed, sink & mirror all too high.
