Wonderful time. Very nice stay. This is our 2nd time coming. Friendly staff. Glad they are pet friendly. Will come again next year.

Overall a nice place to stay for the money. Nice hotel/ nice staff. I recommend this.

I left an expensive laptop charger in the room along with two other chargers called them right away, and they said they didn’t have it. They stole my chargers.

So I traveled there for 3 nights because I’m working around the area. Not the best experience. 1st night the room I stayed at the AC unit was not working. 2nd night & third night. They moved me rooms but it became another nightmare. They put me right across the pool. Tell me why there was at least 20 kids in there yelling so loud throughout the day. I work over nights, but I couldn’t sleep at all throughout the day. I paid 560$ for three days of nightmares. Won’t be back. Besides their rooms need renovations. Feels super old inside. Not worth the price I’ve stayed at more peaceful and better motels for half the price. I’m sorry to make this review, never done this but really felt scammed after not enjoying my visit at all.

Stayed in the same room a couple years ago. since then it had been remodeled. Big improvement. Only thing was the TV was constantly turning on and off every time the refrigerator kicked on and off. Also only half the screen was usable. Had small picture all the time. Personally I think there is an electrical issue between the 2. My main complaint is that the room was bug infested. first time they came in and mopped the floor. Did not help. I used my own personal body spray which helped. Whatever the bugs were, they seemed to have been coming in through the ac/heat unit. Told front desk about it again after a day of not really seeing any that they were back again. This time let them come in and change everything in room and clean it. Did not help and I was tired of telling them it needs exterminated. I feel I should get a discount for having to put up with the issue. Next time I come to Lebanon, I will stay somewhere else. Switching rooms may or may not have been an option, Just totally disappointed in the whole experience both times I have stayed there.

Hotel was filthy!! We spent 2 nights and the common areas were never swept. The hallway outside the room was never swept for 2 days and a candy wrapper was picked up but all the crumbs in the hallway were never swept. The floor in the room was disgusting as well, ants on the floors. The beds did not have sheets on them. The shower curtain was dirty with spots on it and needed washed. The room key would intermittently not work and we would have to get a new key practically every time we went into the room with no ID. The pool was closed and filled with cabinets for a remodel without any notice that the hotel was being renovated and that the pool would be closed. What a disappointment!!

Breakfast was good, but the selection was limited. The TV in the room was very small and difficult to watch from the bed. There was no Keurig or other coffee maker in the room.
