Why would you not tell your customers that there are cats in the facility? I had 3 family members with me two being children that are highly allergic to cats. The cats were all over the debility facility I the cat dander caused some serious allergic reactions.

It was clean and staff was friendly gor the most part. Would of been nice to have changed rooms so didnt have to be woke up also in the morning by all the noise. Did put in complaint but nothing was done. First night was bad with kids running up and down the hallways, jumping off beds which made it sound like they were coming through the ceiling and had a headache all days we were there due to the smell of paint fumes. Property was and had been painting rooms and you could smell it throughout the halls.

Check-in was a breeze. The beds were comfortable. The room is were decent.And I would definitely stay here again

I didnt like the smells. The second floor stunk. The carpeting in the 2nd floor hall was gathering and a trip hazard. Furniture in room was nasty. Spots and stains all over desk chair and sitting chair. Bath towels smelled horrible.
Breakfast was terrible. Healthier non processed options need to be made available. Coffee was good.
