Professional and Caring
I found the staff to be knowledgeable, caring and friendly. I called to let them know that my plane was not getting in until after midnight and asked if they would still hold my room. Not only did they hold my room they did a pre checkin over the phone so all I had to do was sign the paper, get my key and go to my room. When I arrived after 1:00am I was greeted with a smile my room key and a bag with water and a cookie.

The hotel definitely shows its age. Carpet is frayed, wall paper is loose, breakfast room furniture is not well cared for. Although we had no functional issues checking in or out, the desk staff we encountered did not present a professional appearance.
