The hotel is okay but I am upset. Checked in and the agent did not tell us we were put in a different room category. Paid, went upstairs and came back to front desk to question the assignment as we booked 2 doubles in a suite and got 1 king studio. Only then informed sold out and we would move next day. We packed and went out for the day, manager moved our stuff and new room was great. Spoke to front desk several times to confirm everything was in order. Why the day before departure did agent say we now owed money?? I had been there for 6 days, moved rooms after 1 night and confirmed everything was in order. Worse I have a receipt showing zero balance. Return home to find the hotel tried to process a payment 4 days in a row!!!! No emails, calls!! I have contacted bank to argue the payment! It was a fun week in Miami. Buffet breakfast was ok. Great location for shopping. Front desk 1 star. They have to do better and be honest at check in.

It was a great stay and amazing view if you get the suit . I stayed there with my girlfriend fo a whole week . They have breakfast early but worth it . They also have dinner , didn’t eat but they do and room is pretty good . The only thing they don’t have is Netflix or anything only cable . It’s close by hotel to the airport too. I would say it’s a 9.2 /10 for me .

Clean room however my mattress was a bit stiff I could feel the springs inside. There was also no iron in my closest when i arrived.
