Our flight to Curacao was canceled due to the US operations in Venezuela and we were able to get two rooms at the last minute. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and everything worked. We were walking distance from lots of places to eat. It was a good experience in a tough situation.

Love the large, bright laundry room and laundry baskets in the room! Kitchen well stocked with the basics you need to prepare meals comfortably and affordably. Staff were very responsive and friendly in answering queries. A great location if you are travelling for work. A nearby plaza within 5 minutes' walk offers a few restaurant options

My experience at Sonesta was very disappointing. When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk, and we had to wait several minutes before anyone showed up. The employee who assisted us, Luis, was rude and unprofessional. The first room assigned to us had a strong unpleasant odor. When I politely explained my concerns and requested a different room, Luis simply walked away without saying anything. I had to ask where he was going, and he responded rudely that he was going to show me another room. The second room was directly across from the laundry room, where a broken door handle caused constant noise from guests opening and closing the door. Because of the poor treatment I received, I did not feel comfortable asking for another room change and stayed only because the room smelled better than the first one. The lack of customer service, poor communication, and overall check-in experience left a very negative impression. I expected much better from Sonesta.

Hotel was quiet clean friendly. Parking little tuff lots if over sive work trucks bur usable. Only complaint was hotel bus raking up 1 of 3 handicap parking spots.This now our go to hotel for work stay.
