Wanting for three days my room had no hot water for the shower. After morning 1 we let the front desk know that there was no hot water in the shower turned all the way to the left. They genuinely tried to fix it however there was not hot water to be found. After three nights of no hot water we left.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and I always have a good experience. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are clean and nice. And I love that they have a little kitchenette. The area is also very safe.

Room was clean. Staff was very pleasant. Your add advertises "free breakfast". I don't consider coffee breakfast. There was NO FREE BREAKFAST!
If you want to be a tight ass and offer no free breakfast, you should take that off of your website.
