All the staff have been great from check in, bell hop, all the staff in concierge lounge have been great. Our longest interaction was with Don for desert time just adds an extra level of customer service!

Comfy beds, balconies off the rooms and a lobby worthy of hosting celebrations as large and meaningful as celebrating your Alma mater's first ncaa volleyball championship victory.

Our stay was great. The staff was so helpful and made the stay so much better.

Everything was great, we had a suite overlooking the plaza, very nice. We come every year to see the lights on the plaza.

This is a great place to stay. The staff is absolutely wonderful. Will always stay there when I go to Kansas City. Thank you to all the staff members from Anthony Reid at the front desk.

There is some higher end shopping. Stacks BBQ and Kona Grill were wonderful. The Intercontinental Hotel room was spacious and included a balcony facing the Plaza. Go now while it’s not crowded!
