Great Stay
The Intercontinental in KC was a great choice for us. We stayed two nights, then returned again for another two nights. The front desk staff were very accommodating on getting us a room and adding nights to our reservation even though the night requested was prior to our scheduled arrival great work InterContinental KC.

Thank goodness for Takennah (spelling?) at front desk and John at luggage desk. They were helpful and friendly. The rooms were nice. The valets were friendly and efficient. The restaurant and bar staff were friendly. The concierge staff was excellent.

Great location - Surprisingly poor condition, peeling wallpaper everywhere Room was dirty, bath was filthy, very slow shower drain, faucets leak onto vanity $200 /night does not get you a change of sheets ( but Yes towels ) Main level garage two large trash bins overflowing at entrance, for duration of our visit Many other very good choices around the plaza - definitely disappointed in this IC property - truly embarrassing stay Maybe living on long past reputation - We are the easiest guests imaginable

Room was great and bed was comfortable. TV was easy to operate. We had to ask for additional coffee K cups. Had coffee checking in, so didn't have any for late evening nor the morning. We were brought 2 Cups. No hand wash clothes were left by cleaning service for our next day stay.
