Holiday Inn has really come down to a new low. This place looked like trash. While we were checking in,a woman interrupted us and told the clerk she knew it would take a long time for us to check in, so she had complaints about her room, so the clerk stopped working with us and gave all his attention to her while we stood there! The entire hotel just appears trashy and low class. We chose this hotel because it is close to the stadium, but we will never stay there again and will warn others not to. Holiday Inn use to be a name and a company that you could trust, but not anymore.

The door was warped and didn't shut/lock properly unless you used obscene force.

They should not be charging nearly what they do for the quality of the rooms.

The room was cleaned and housekeeping was great. Unfortunately the tv did not have cable and it took a while to get staff to provide another one . The second tv was cracked. Also the shower head water pressure was not high enough to shower and the toilet broke as well. Staff was slow on getting help but once the maintenance man was notified he fixed and replaced everything that was broken extremely quickly. New tv and new shower head and he fixed the toilet. So shout out to the maintenance guy on staff .

The hotel itself is in a good location and the rooms are comfortable. Breakfast was good. But the hotel front desk is lousy. No one is ever there so there are long waits to get assistance

This hotel was okay, but not particularly memorable. The location was easy to find and the property was quiet, which I appreciated. Having EV chargers available was also a nice feature. Unfortunately, the hotel feels pretty worn down. The exterior looks dated, the paint throughout the room was cracked and chipped, the grass was overgrown, and there were greasy handprints on the headboard that should have been cleaned before check-in. The lobby still had poinsettias and a "Happy Holidays" sign up despite it being May, which added to the overall impression that the property isn't being maintained very closely. Nothing was terrible, but the condition and cleanliness made the stay feel less comfortable than expected. With some maintenance and better attention to detail, this could be a much better experience.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location if you are going to a sporting event. If you generally like Holiday Inn Express, lower your expectations. Old, outdated and in need of major renovation. I think it was clean but it was hard to tell from how old everything was. Carpet looks to be from the 80s, and not in a cool vintage way. The blow dryer in the room was rusted, the shower had broken off shelves, there were paint splatters on the walls and it was definitely not Dove products in the soap containers. The lobby still had Christmas decorations up (it’s May). The price gouging for forgotten items was crazy($10 for deodorant!). Honestly, Holiday Inn should be appalled to have their name on this motel.

Trash found underneath furniture. Satellite didn’t work, asked for assistance and never received any. Guests were allowed to unaccompanied by adults in the pool area.

Rooms were filthy, dirty sheets that weren’t changed, candy wrappers on the floor, shower dirty, vanity falling off the wall, sink cracked. Took 90 minutes to get help and find another room. Some of them smelled of cigarettes, and entire hallways smelled of marijuana. We were told we had to pay a damage deposit and I refused.

Hotel was not a $222/night hotel. Barely worth $100. Convenient to event. However, toilet seat wouldn’t stay connected on the toilet, the fill valve on toilet failed continuously without manual intervention, and could not maintain water temp in shower. TV connection constantly failed and had to be reset. For all this wonderful lodging, they charged an additional $100 to my card for a damage deposit. Hotel is old and has not been updated. Front desk staff very unhelpful. Many other guests unhappy.
