Clean, great location and good coffee.

My husband and I had just traveled several hours to get here and he needed to use the bathroom badly. He rushed in the lobby and Candy quickly took charge as she could see that my husband, the pastor, was in need. She quickly directed him into the right direction and she checked us in immediately without hesitation. This was most helpful as I am handicapped. We appreciated her quick response and willingness to help us in this moment and we highly recommend the holiday inn express on Constitution Drive in Monroe, Louisiana because of great employees like Candy! Your friends in Christ, Pastor Ben Vickers and wife, Ms Diane.

At check in Paige was very courteous and professional. Our room was larger than I expected and was very clean. There was ample, well lit parking with access to the highway just a minute away. We enjoyed a good hot breakfast before we left for home.
