Well priced, but not in awesome shape.
The price was right for my budget and I really appreciated the kitchen in the room. The halls, stairways and elevator were not very well kept.

There is people thst live there. There was always someone or outside just to be outside. Didn't feel to safe. The room did seem clean and well put together. The area was slightly sketchy.

I would not stay here again. It was dirty and gross, unsafe, and smelt like a cigarette. Please stay far away.

Friendly staff! Very easy going. There was some trash laying around outside but it seemed to be from bad guests. I see a bright future, I understand there is new ownership/management. Would definitely stay again, needs some repairs but I believe the new caretakers will get it under control soon enough.

It is a very convenient reasonable price to stay if you are limited for funds I think they are very polite staff also
