Would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a room within walking distance of the theater district.

Great location! Close to everything. All you need was at the hotel, staff was amazing! The continental lounge was excellent! You had free juices, coffee hot chocolate cereal…would stay here again for sure,

Water refill in the lobby could be more frequent.

The only complaint was darker room curtains would have allowed for better sleep. Location was good walked everywhere rate was reasonable and the staff was the best part

We were on the street side so if you have hard time sleeping ask for none street side room. The heat even after turned down to 68 was very hot in room. We had trouble sleeping first night. 2nd night we decided to turn off heat and use fan to drown out street noise. Slept much better. Bed was fine for me but my sister said it was too hard for her. Older hotel so you can see mainly in bathroom that it’s in need of remodel but was clean and sufficient for what we needed. We had a hiccup with using valet service as our car was brought around 1 and 1/2 hours after being told 45-1 hour causing some anxiety with making my flight. All worked out and I think it was the young man behind counter who may have done something wrong. He was very nice and extended our room so we could wait up there and they would text me when car was around. This was something offered and not asked for so I give credit for trying.

Love the area but we booked a room with a queen bed. We got a full mattress instead. Paper thin walls and surfaces inside the hotel room that had not been cleaned are bring this rating down.

Front desk: Efan: GREAT Kenneth: TERRIBLE & RUDE, a petty martinette, he should not be in customer service-no talent for that. Hipanic lady: ok, but not too interested.

It was an amazing experience with an awesome location to Times Square and subway all other places. Stuff were friendly and helpful. Everyday complimentary coffee, tea etc! Room was very nice and clean and comes with full size fridge, dinnerware and utensils! We were happy and satisfied! P.S the only downside was curtains didn’t shut all the way
