So, nice room. However, the second you walk in, the room (720) smells like the Shake Shack which is up around the corner. The shower had a nice rainfall attachment, however, the distance between freezing and scalding hot was a hair's width. Then, after about 5 mins, the hot water cut off completely. Glad I'd washed and rinsed the important parts. Location was great for our purposes. Bar was nice for a night cap. Front desk staff were pleasant and courteous.

The street/garage parking across the street from the hotel was incredibly convenient and the Stinger (in hotel restaurant) had incredible service and food. Overall the staff were incredibly friendly and courteous. Beds were comfortable, room was very clean. Great stay.

our room on 12th floor and it is by the 8th Ave side, there was so many Horn sound at the night time, my kids can not sleep and sometimes wake me up. Soundproofing is poor~

Last year we stayed at the Crowne Plaza. Well it was motel 6 compared to this place!!!! The staff was so nice and made us feel special the entire week. They had security outside all nught long to make sure nobody followed us into the hotel at night. The bellmen were so fast i turned around my luggage was on its way to our room already i thought i had been robbed. The room service is good and quick. Nothing but goid things about this place. Only a suggestion, put some coke machines in the building!! JS.

The hotel is perfectly settled for visiting NY and easy access to subway.
The beds could really be a little bigger and firmer. Same for the pillows which are too soft with no other options.
We would have appreciated a little shopping area in the hotel instead of just a bar and a restaurant.
We appreciated our upgrade with a skyline view and the room is very spacious, same for the bathroom.
Unfortunately we had some CBD smokers in rooms next to ours and it smelled into our room too....not that good with childrens.

Plumbing wasn’t working correctly in the bathroom sink and called front desk for assistance and they advise maintenance would come but never did. Also didn’t like the cleanliness of the room.
