Sonesta Simply Suites Nanuet was recommended to me. When I walked in to register, Ashley greeted me with a big smile. So friendly and professional. When, I told her it was chilly in the room she gave me an xtra blanket and told me how to raise the heat. I told her I couldn’t believe how clean the room was with a full kitchen. I was so impressed! My daughter actually told me about Sonesta Suites. I have two more weddings and I will most definitely be staying at the Sonesta Suites! Ashley, is such a lovely young lady, it was such a pleasure speaking with her! You’re very lucky to have her as a representative of Sonesta Simply Suites Nanuet!

The room was clean and a good size. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. This was our second stay within a week because we were traveling. Unfortunately there is a commuter train that is on the other side of the parking lot and we heard the train and horns all night long.

The hallways, gym area, laundry area was filthy with broken glass. The room was just ok. I will not stay here again.

Lots of honking in Costco lot next door, and nearby street during daytime, but it is NY after all.

Hotel was quiet, but there was a lot of honking in the Costco lot next door...perhaps it's like that everywhere in that part of NY.
