Hotel was not very clean at all.

The hotel states that its smoke free but the 2nd floor smelled of smoke and weed. The bath towels smelled like smoke.

Suggestion — install black out curtains, fix the landline phones and the picture frame on the wall had no pictures in it. Otherwise, great affordable hotel with nice amenities— books and DVDs.

The room was disgusting also the lobby was very inappropriate my 2year old was very scared

The room was clean, and the staff was patient under pressure when checking customers in.

Bath room wasn't as clean as it should be for 218 a nite. The baseboards need to be cleaned . The handles on the drawers in bathroom are rusted . The light fixtures are rusted . The stuff was amazing and the bed was really comfortable. They hallways and stairwell could use a good cleaning the carpets need to be cleaned too .

The staff was friendly, and the full kitchen was nice, and it was in a convenient location, but that was it. The ENTIRE property smelled heavily of weed and they put an air freshener in the room, but it didnt help much. We tried to turn the AC on hoping it would help and it made it worst as it was very musty. The cabinet in our kitchen area was broken, the toilet seat was broken. There were some very questionable stains on the curtains. It did not feel worth the price we paid at all. It was also right next to the main freeway which caused it to be a bit loud (but we new this when we booked)

Property was average. Bed was not too comfy and they booked our room before we got there so needed to downgrade for practically the same price. Staff was not available at times but not a deal breaker.

Walking in the lobby there was an odor of cigarettes. The staff was friendly and efficient upon check in. The room smelled heavily of paint or some chemical. I asked to switch rooms but the hotel was fully booked so the front desk staff sprayed some air freshener in the room. It didn’t help, actually made it worse. I had to go to Walmart and buy a fan and air sanitizer. The microwave was disgusting and there was some liquid stain dripping down the room door. So much for IHG cleanliness guarantee. There were also no spoons in the room so in the morning I went down to ask for some and there was no one at the front desk. I waited an hour and a half in the lobby for someone to come before I went to the hotel next door and asked for some plastic spoons. I expected a whole lot more for $185/night, and there was no offer to make it right or even a partial refund for the major inconveniences.

Our room was clean appearing but smelled like animal waste (animal urine). We attempted to get an air freshener in our room, but it honestly didn't really help.
