Foul smell in the room, later found out there was a long term renter with cats and must have soiled the carpets when we were leaving. So I think we should get a refund. The tv did not work earlier and they delayed our check in even though we were there at 3pm

The staff here were very friendly which was helpful when we needed to switch rooms. The hotel is older and getting off the elevator on the second floor for our first room there was a terrible odor but the room smell was just too strong. Not sure if it was some type of cleaning chemical but smelled close to a strong pest spray. The front desk was able to help us switch to another room on a different floor and it was much better.

Quiet, safe, far from the main road. Accessible, near highways, 10 minutes to everything. Nice lobby with a bar downstairs. Decent setup for the price. No major issues-had to clean the floors and the remote to the TV never worked. I would stay again for any long term needs.
