Love the balcony and view!
I was surprised that this “hotel” has exterior hallways, more like a motor inn, which inherently made the room colder (I stayed in January and could see light around the door). However, the heater worked well and the room was very clean. The bed was firm and the shower had plenty of pressure, although its hottest temp might not be hot enough for some people (it was perfect for me). The highlight was the unexpected balcony and beautiful view. I chose the top floor for maximum quiet, so I had a gorgeous view of the canal and surrounding townscape. It was lightly snowing and scene was magical. I will definitely stay here again.

Rooms were great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our view was gorgeous. We had asked for a room recommendation for a room with the best view. Our check in clerk, Rowan. made a suggestion. Loved her! Why do I say this? Because we stayed Thursday night with a reservation and then we were so happy there we came back, without a reservation, on Saturday night. She said "I checked you in before, didn't I?" Wow! What a memory! I don't want to say anything negative but I want to say the cooked breakfast offerings, potatoes and sausage, were overdone. I enjoyed the omelettes. There were plenty of choices beyond the cooked items I mentioned.

llost my Stanley water bottle in the front office and called them immediately! The person Asked for my address and credit card details say they will send it to me by overnight using usps. 13days past my husband call them several times they always say l donnot know we have package department will deal with it!I don’t know why it’s so difficult to mail a waterbottle!!!

I travel with my dog so I get rooms that have been occupied by other pet owners. The first room I got smelled of urine so I contacted the front desk immediately. Mike who was at the front desk moved me the next room and it was clean! I appreciate the quick response to my concerns.
I like a lot that my room had a back door that had access to a yard where my dog could do his business.
The property was easily accessible and has ample, safe parking.
Breakfast was good and had water available to customers.
I’d stay here again and would recommend to others who travel with pets (few is $15 per pet).

We are repeat customers. The hotel is a bit aged, but clean and comfortable. It’s very pet friendly and well-located to the freeway. The staff is always friendly. We will stay, again, on future trips.
