Spacious room, but there were fruit flies at the restaurant and centipedes in the bathroom. Also, the AC was incredibly loud.

The rooms are in a separate building. And it feels very outdated. The rooms are actually pretty good and beds super comfy but it did not feel good to have to go outside of the main lobby to get to my room especially as a single traveler. Felt a little seedy. Staff was really great, but the hotel needs an update though.

Great location. Close to so many restaurants and the interstate. I was very pleased with the secured parking and entrances. The breakfast was a nice buffet but a little pricey. The dinner options were great. Comfy beds. Beautiful Courtyard.

Reasonable hotel with good parking and good sized room. Room is updated but the building exterior and the elevator we used could definitely use an upgrade. Check in was easy and staff seemed friendly.

The room was slightly unclean. Hair in the shower, clogged shower drain. Stained towel in the bathroom. Food and hair bows under the bed indicating it was not cleaned previously.
The sheets were clean and the housekeeper was sweet and helpful when asked for extra towels. Front staff was amazing and polite.

Stay away from this Crowne Plaza. It is very outdated and the level of cleanliness of the property is disappointing. My room had a strong mildewy smell. While the staff offered me another room, it smelled mildewy as well. The vents in the room had some black substance. I reached out to the manager to complain and he never returned my calls or texts.
The elevator was dirty and cob webs were everywhere.
I would have preferred to sleep in my car.
The one good thing about this property was the wait staff at the restaurant. There was an older gentlemen who was quite the comedian.

Tiene un olor terrible, está en muy malas condiciones, los empleados no ayudan en nada están de mal humor. Fue un horror hospedarse hay no te lo recomiendo y menos si vas en familia
