Staff was nice enough. They don’t accept online banking debit cards despite it being a visa and FDIC insured which created an issue but they allowed me to use my sons debit card which eliminated the issue. Online banking is the way of the world these days and they should consider changing that policy.

The staff at the Candlewood were all fabulous! Anytime there was a question or concern they were knowledgeable, kind, and able to find a good solution

We checked into our room, but after seeing the condition of the property and experiencing the overall atmosphere, we decided we couldn’t stay and left to book another hotel. When we arrived, there were people drinking in the parking lot, which immediately made us feel uncomfortable. The hotel appeared very run-down, and the room was not what we expected. The overall environment did not feel safe or welcoming, so we made the decision to leave rather than spend the night. I can’t comment on what it would have been like to stay overnight since we left shortly after checking in, but our first impression was enough that we felt it was worth paying for another hotel. I hope management addresses these issues so future guests have a better experience.
