Friendly and convenient.
The people who worked there were very friendly and helpful. The room and surrounding areas were clean. Breakfast was good and they had some healthy options which we appreciated.

Friendly staff, very good breakfast, no issues. The young blonde breakfast girl was so helpful when there was problems with the coffee machine and it was going in no time. The hotel is an icon for Spokane and was beautiful. We'll done.
