Everything was good. Rooms are always clean and comfortable.

This hotel attracts lots of families and one would think that there would be noise everywhere. However it was a very quiet and peaceful experience. This hotel did not skimp on noise softening technology for the rooms and hallways. Also, my kids had a great time in the pool!

The property was nice

Staff was amazing!!! My suite was super clean, comfy, and cozy. Pool was fantastic. Breakfast had many options to choose from. It is definitely worth it.

Rooms were very clean and spacious for our family of 6 (4 adult's 2 children), we booked a 2 bedroom, it had 1 queen, 1 king and sofa bed. We booked weeks in advance but we will definitely book months in advance next time because the 2 bedroom with 2 queen and 1 king sofa bed we're sold out. Breakfast was very decent, i especially liked the fresh fruit and that the menu changed every morning. We loved the pool with water slide, my children spent early mornings and nights there, it was a big hit and i enjoyed seeing them smile. The wifi was very good as well. The amenities were great i liked the dove products. Beds were nice as well and considering its a family hotel it was fairly quiet. We cant wait for next year's getaway so we can come back! & Thank u staybridge employees! They were all so welcoming and attentive.

I order a 2 bedroom sweet a couple weeks in advance and they downgraded my room than tried giving me two rooms that arent connected but close to each other and i was having my sons party but to have it split in two different room than the one i order i didnt even stay the night was packed in a smaller room than what we wanted and order and pre paid for.

I saw a lady literally cleaning the blinds right next to all the food during breakfast today. Right afterwards, she wiped down a table, then walked over to the far side of the dining room to continue to wipe down all thw blinds. I was just flabbergasted that she chose this time to wipe down the blinds while the food is out & people are trying to eat... just amazing to me what people think ia ok to do! DISGUSTING! I'm just just glad i was sitting by her & had already gotten my food!

The pool staff was very inconsistent!

Hotel was beyond expectations.

Front staff was very polite and freindly, room was very nice with alot of amenities, hotel cleanliness was excellent and good breakfast selection
