Staff was great. My room had a wonderful view.

Very nice room and nice service. Liked it very much.

We stayed for one night. Our room smelled like mildew. The pool area was absolutely filthy, the paint was peeling and over all and disrepair. At breakfast, they were out of lots of things. We were there right as breakfast opened. Everything we asked if they had like jam, etc. they did not have. For a $500 room for one night I am highly disappointed. Will never be staying at this hotel again. Not like the picture shows.

Rooms were clean and the same kind of amenities found in other hotels Things to be commented on are 1. Breakfast could have varied items Biscuits and very watery gravy, scrambled eggs and either overcooked sausages or bacon for a 7 day stay makes for a boring morning Been to other holiday inns that offer more of a variety 2. Rooms were very roomy (we had 2) Bathtubs need to be worked on: One bathtub bottom was slippery (almost slipped in tub) and when I told the front desk clerk he said to put a towel in the shower and he would bring me more to put on the tub floor. Never happened but we had an extra hand towel and used that. Good idea as I would not have wanted to have an accident while on vacation Other bathtub had a bulge in the middle of the shower tub 3. Hallway floor was wet from people using the pool and not drying off enough before leaving the pool area I know this would be a guest issue but it should be addressed as floors can become slippery when wet (first hand experience that ended with me getting pins and needles in my foot)

This hotel was very clean. More than enough beds or sleeping areas. The food was ok but most hotels are. The building was so close to the event stadium. Price was great.

In the middle of the night we woke to water gushing out of our ceiling from one of the fire sprinklers in the entryway…not sure if it was from the person showering upstairs but that seemed to be a trigger as we could hear running water. Once it turned off the flow slowed and dripped out for awhile. Contacted the front desk after using towels we had and ice bucket to try and catch the water. Offered to have us switch rooms but all our kids were asleep and we had to be up early. They gave us extra towels! In the morning we asked for compensation as that was terrible and they said they contacted the manager so he was aware but he wasn’t available so nothing was done. Also once he saw we booked with Expedia he wasn’t available doubtful they would do anything as it was done thru 3rd party booking…reaching out to the manager today so we shall see what happened.

The breakfast was wonderful with lots of options. Staff was very helpful

Breakfast buffet was not kept up. Buffet chafing dishes were empty most of the time. They would be emptied in minutes after being filled from the patrons waiting to eat and not be refilled for 20 minutes. The pancake machine was also broken. Very disappointing.

Clean rooms and great location. The staff was friendly and helpful especially with the mild inconveniences ( elevator was being worked on and was temporarily out and there was some maintenance going on in the hotel) still a great stay and parking was easy. Breakfast was delicious and the gym and hotel were great to use. Highly recommended

It’s age is starting to show; lots of dings on the hallway walls and doorways, bed was very comfortable, hot breakfast was good. Will try somewhere different next time.
