Front desk was very pleasant. The room was spotless, upgraded, with plenty of room. Bed super comfy. My only issue was the sofa bed mattress. It was flat. No support. Sunk to the frame in the middle. Basically like sleeping on no mattress at all. Definitely replace those. Made sleeping on it nearly impossible.
