We loved staying here!
We booked pretty last minute as the previous hotel we reserved did not have an elevator and we needed this for my handicapped mother. Overall, the whole family had a great experience with the staff and amenities. The room was perfectly clean when we arrived and when we needed supplies such as laundry detergent, the front desk staff was helpful in supply some (and it only cost $1!). We loved it and will definitely consider coming back if we decide to do another vacation in Seaside!

We found the staff to be friendly. The facility was clean. Guests were respectful and quiet. Walking distance to dining, shopping and the beach.

There were crumbs in the hallway to our room ALL 4 DAYS we stayed. Noisy, loud kids ehom we complained about in the pool and so did others. No resolve. Kids will be kids but they were grown and screaming at the top of their lungs in an enclosed pool area. Staff did NOTHING About it. I went to breakfast at 830am and it wasnt over til 10am. They had no more hot food left and shrugged and walked away....I have stayed here more than 6 times and this was by far the WORST stay ever.

We visit Seaside often. This is not on the water where we usually stay, but the quality of the hotel and access will bring us back.
