The hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. Typical hotel hot breaktfast.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.

Requested a handicapped accessible room near the elevator or on the first floor. Was given a handicapped accessible room, but on the third floor, farthest away from elevator. Why would hotels even put one of their few handicapped accessible rooms at the end of the hallway, far away from the elevator? The magnetic key cards were horrible and barely let us in the outside side door, the pool, and our room, after countless attempts. Nice hotel otherwise. Would stay again as we like (need) the large rooms with three beds and two bathrooms.

Beautiful place, nice stay, convenient.

The shower did not function to full capacity. There was just a light steam of water coming out of shower head. We heard other guest saying the same with their showers as well. Was given a number to call for cmplaints but nothing was done to solve the situatiuon.

First thing when you walk in, you get knocked down by a horrible waft of unbearable cologne or air freshener. It smells terrible and was way too strong. Rm. 207. We had no hot water in the room all weekend despite running the faucets for 15 minutes. The faucets on the sink were loose and the toilet barely flushed. The manager came in and fixed the sink fixtures and tried to fix the toilet but it didn't make much difference. Overall the room was poorly maintained. We found a squished bug in the silverware drawer and the second day, a LIVE carpet beetle larvae in the sink. Talked to the front desk and was told they were sold out of rooms and the Mgr. wouldn't be back until Monday. For over $700 for 3 nights, not Acceptable!!!

The room was perfect with the common area and two separate bedrooms each with full bathrooms. The only downfall was the hot water. It took over 25 minutes to get water warm enough to shower, but by no means ever actually hot enough to enjoy. The hotel knew that they had a problem but were not forthcoming about it. I felt I really should have been offered some compensation for the water being frigid! Burrr

No hot water or water pressure in the room at a critical time in the morning before leaving. I will not recommend the property, sad to say.
