The Crowne Plaza is conveniently located near exit 14B of the NYS Thruway. The staff was was friendly and helpful. My room was near the elevator for my handicapped sister.
Lovely Hotel
The room is spacious, attractive and very clean. I couldn’t operate the shower and had to take an old fashioned sponge bath. 🫤.

Awesome staff. Nice clean room and bathroom with fresh towels and linens will definitely stay again.
The property is beautifully updated the best part of our stay was the fresh made to order omelettes and fresh made buffet style breakfast.
Place was an A plus for us.
