Nice place to stay.
The Crowne Plaza is conveniently located near exit 14B of the NYS Thruway. The staff was was friendly and helpful. My room was near the elevator for my handicapped sister.
Lovely Hotel
The room is spacious, attractive and very clean. I couldn’t operate the shower and had to take an old fashioned sponge bath. 🫤.

Noisy. Too noisy. Used to be an indoor pool there. Still resonates like one. Every kid in the open atrium above a whisper echoes through the rooms like a railroad intercom. Every drunk at the bar regaling his buddies with lies pounds the perfect nighttime silence. Every bride/bridesmaid shrieking with false glee pierces the nocturnal peace. If you want to sleep, look elsewhere. Breakfast was overpriced but adequate.

Everything was great as it normally is however the door to room 179 needs to be repaired as it is very loud and difficult to open/close. Also the mattresses was super super soft on one side and moderately firm on the other, I feel like they could use new mattresses but other than that the place is fantastic and you definitely get what you pay for. I do recommend this place to anyone traveling to the area

Overnight trip. Was easy to get to from highway. Lots of parking. Nice atrium, our room overlooked it. Nice restaurant. Great value.
