The aroma was stale and musty. Check in staff was the only thing that was commendable. Room was not clean - bugs and a dirty sink. Air conditioning comfort was poor, it was bitter cold or humid and warm. The breakfast staff was great, but the quality of food was poor and the scrambled eggs were overcooked. Overall impression was very overpriced for the quality. The worst part was people hanging out in the parking lot drinking beer and smoking. People hanging out under a tree on the SE corner. Sketchy looking people hanging in the dark at night. I needed a towel and wash cloth and the service staff could not understand English or Spanish.

The foyer and dining area were spotless, our ‘doggie’ room had multiple pee stains on the carpet and smelled, the coverlet was dingy then in the middle of the night I discovered dried blood on it.

Nice cream and friendly. The only issue was that elevator went out of order overnight so he had to walk a flight of stairs. Other than That it is a great place.
