Clean and staff was great! Beds and pillows were ok. Tile was coming up in bathroom floor so every time you walk you could feel it was lint secure. Main thing was air conditioner. We like a cool room and it was November but it didn’t seem consistent. We would get it like we like it, it would kick off like it was suppose to but then it would get so stuffy and not come back on. Breakfast was ok no cream cheese for bagels which is my go to.

The only complaint I have is the towels/washrags/hand towels that were thin and felt like sand paper. Everything else was great!
