The microwave touchpad wasn’t responsive and was stuck on 1:39. Couldn't turn off or change it. Smoke smell, perhaps window opened at times above smoking area. Staff is always pleasant and helpful.

I’ve stayed a few times simply because it’s the closest to my family but this time the rooms carpet had black stains, the tubs paint/covering was chipped…the last day the water wouldn’t get hot. I understand it was a holiday but I heard housekeeping every morning never once did they knock on the door to ask if we needed (extra/fresh) anything. The sample toiletries were nonexistent.
The complimentary coffee room wasn’t stocked with goods/snacks to purchase. Again, I’ve stayed before but this time was disappointing.
