Nice place but HVAC LOUD!
We would have enjoyed our stay if not for being woken up every time the heat kicked in during the night. There is no reason why a fairly new hotel should have such loud heat. Also, the bed was very soft whicj I would normally like, but it was too soft. Otherwise, it is a very nice hotel. But really, uninterrupted sleep and a comfortable bed are pretty important to get right.

Excellent hotel and amenities!
We loved our stay at the Crown Plaza as it had sliding doors for our dog to go out conveniently. The pool was very nice for our grandchild. Very clean hotel and the staff was very friendly.

Will always stay there when leaving from RI. Staff is awesome, rooms are clean and nice and the shuttle is easy.

Nice Place To Stay.
The gentleman that checked us in was exceptional, he was very pleasant, efficient and professional. He went above and beyond to help me to check if wheelchairs were available, then followed up promptly to inform me that they were not an option.

Nice quiet place to stay!
We had multiple events happening at the hotel during our stay however the staff was pleasant the rooms were clean. It wasn’t loud and we very much enjoyed our stay. Would recommend and stay here again.
