We had a prefect stay rooms where clean the whole stay was fabulous. The restaurant was very nice food was good. The people who work there paid us lots of attention. The hotel was more than a four star more like a five star.would we stay there again in a heart beat best hotel we ever stayed in. The room was spacious and with the balcony was fabulous so yes we will stay there.

This hotel is great. Staff is very friendly, rooms are spacious and clean, beds are comfy and the restaurant food is excellent. Great location too, right off the highway.

Trying to be a good hotel.
The hotel is decent, but just misses the Mark of being a good hotel. Whoever designed the room furniture really should be terminated. Chair was absolutely uncomfortable and a useless tying up of space. Shower was a good idea but wall should’ve been moved 6 inches to give more room in the shower. Maybe they took out a tub to make a walk in shower, but it was ineffective. Again, nothing super negative, but also nothing absolutely positive.

The ac must have a motion detector to turn on the guest programmed temperature. As long as we were in the room, like at night time, the AC worked. But if you set it at 70, and are gone all day hoping to walk into a cool room, it will not turn on until we walked into the room. Parking is terrible due to the daily events in there multiple event centers. Ice machine on 5th floor did not work the whole stay. I appreciate the have a heart mouse traps in ice rooms, but very gross to be visible to guest. Front desk was always very friendly and helpful

The staff was amazing! The room was clean and comfy! We ate at The Crossing on site.
Awesome menu food was excellent. We checked out and they still allowed us to use the Pool. Worth every penny!
