Under renovation. Entrance from road hard to finf.
The TV remote was not programmed. Staff were not trained to program new remotes. We paid to have use of the TV. We want a credit. The Holiday Inn said it had to be authorized by you as we booked through you.

I miss the days when your bed was made each day and you were provided with fresh coffee, cups. Clean towels each day.
