The staff was great. The room was clean and spacious. The internet was easy to connect to. The location was right off 412. The rates were affordable.

Check in was a nightmare, owner tried to say we didnt have a reservation even with showing him. He didnt speak english well. He tried to say we needed to pay again and more than what we paid. There was a bath tub with no shower and the tub was sinking in. Overall just a bad place to stay.

I understand it was late when we got there and cold but the key didn’t work so I had to go back to the office and you would have thought I was lying to them!

I had trouble just checking in despite having made a reservation, was rudely woken up the morning after asking if I was leaving despite my reservation not ending the next day. The room was very run down and not up to date, and there were several fire hazards as well. The bathroom wasn't cleaned thoroughly and there was hair in the bathtub. The cleaning in general was poor in general. Not to mention that the "amenities" listed weren't available and the fridge/microwave they put in the room were gross and barely worked. Very disappointing overall.

When checking in I was told the booking was for 2 nights but I pre-paid for only one. Then told the room I paid for was not available but I did get a room. Then was asked for a $20 cash deposit. I told him I don't carry cash. He then asked for $10. Big red flag for me. I got my room with no deposit and asked for a receipt. He told me I could get it in the morning when I checked out but thete was no one there at 6am. Room was filthy.

Ordered a king bed smoking room. We checked in and went to our room when we got there it had someone else’s stuff and beer bottles everywhere. Got a different room and was informed no smoking which is already not what we wanted anyways get into our room and light switches are hard to find bed was really old and hard overall just really dated and not well taken care of. Found a cockroach in our room, only had half a roll of toilet paper and had no WiFi in our room it only works by the office. Wouldn’t stay again

I had family matters to take care of in Oklahoma and I live in North Carolina, I called the hotel and told them that we were going to be checking in around 4:00 or 5:00 a.m. and he was rude over the phone to begin with. When we arrived at the hotel he tried to charge me an additional $20 to what I had prepaid online for the hotel. Upon entering our hotel room I was greeted with a cockroach in the bathroom. The bed had signs of bed bugs and body fluids. The fridge was moldy and the room had mold on the walls. When I went to talk to the manager he refused to acknowledge anything was wrong and walked off.
