Fairly clean. Comfortable.
My only concern is the cleanliness of the bathroom. Toilet seat up as it had been recently used by a man. Used soap left in the bathroom.

Room was not cleaned. No tissue box. Main door did not lock and bathroom door did not lock either. Breakfast was awful with watered down coffee and hard bagels and bread.

I chose the option to pay at hotel upon check-in, but for whatever reason they chose to try to run my card before I even arrived and then cancelled my reservation when it didn't go through (since my card was locked). They should never have tried to charge me preemptively and instead of apologizing, I was reprimanded for reserving with a locked card, which I have done at various other hotels over the years when I pay upon arrival.
They toiletries they provide are tiny, barely enough for my 7 year old. And the overall aesthetics, especially the bathrooms, need updating. But it is convenient for me when visiting family in the area, even if a little pricey for what you get.

This place was disgusting. The bathroom was moldy (see pics of toilet seat and shower knob). The shower rod was half pulled out of the wall on both sides so it hung down, making it impossible to close the shower curtain. There was a dirty washcloth stuffed in the shower curtain ring upon arrival.
There was some kind of hardware and drywall anchors in the desk that I found when I was looking for a pen.
The walls were disgusting, covered in stains and holes. The carpet was stained and sticky.
I don't have enough negative things to say and I'm not usually a negative person! I have more pictures but 8 is the max you can upload here.
The place is way beyond deferred maintenance. It should be condemned.
