This hotel was $100 cheaper than others in the area. Just remember you get what you pay for. In need of massive cosmetic renovation cracked ceilings and walls, dirty baseboards and dust bunnies under the bed. Staff was super nice and accomodating. The property is old dating back 1920 and it shows.

No breakfast. No nothing. Just not good. Go on trip advisor to look at more reviews of this hotel. You’ll see more 1 star. Should have no star. Should actually just close down the place. To the owners: Stop taking peoples money !!!!

WIFI would not in room. No ice bucket in room to get ice in in hallway. Had to use a plastic bag and keep in fridge. Electronic room access cards were not operative over 50% of the time

This property was extremely disgusting. The room and hotel smelled horendous. The bed was as hard as a rock and the bedding had stains. The elevators were very old and seemed to be struggling with just going up and down. I would not recommend this property to anyone else.

A solid 3 star stay for our night in Miami! Definitely great option for a quick and easy stay and you’re supporting a local business instead of a chain. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was clean, no bed bugs and we had a fridge and toiletries as well as a hair dryer! The mattresses themselves could use some love and probably the carpets a good deep cleaning but I’ve seen wayyyyy worse so I won’t complain. We wanted somewhere with a pool and definitely was a great vibe. Not heated though so didn’t actually get to use it but still! Very happy to have it. The restaurant was nice and the staff were very helpful.

This hotel was absolutely horrible. The carpets were filthy, and the bathroom was dirty with hair all over the place. The shower clearly hadn’t been cleaned, and the furniture looked worn and gross. The refrigerator was dirty, and the microwave was downright disgusting.The area didn’t feel safe or welcoming, and the DAVID front desk staff was very rude and completely unhelpful. I was uncomfortable the entire time I was literally itching throughout my stay. The room looked nothing like the pictures online. The beds were poorly made, there was no decor on the walls, and the curtains were in terrible condition. Overall, this was a horrible experience. I would never stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Don’t be fooled by the photos—they do not reflect reality.

The rooms were dirty and dated. The towels had stains and the hair dryer was filthy. The carpet also had stains.
