I normally do not do reviews but when a property is this spectacular and unique in every way I must applaud and their breakfast offerings are superb! We are definitely looking forward to our next trip back so thank you Brett and staff for making our trip so enjoyable.
Clean Hotel & Great Water Views!
We enjoyed our short little stay when we came in from Orlando for a wedding. The room was cozy and clean. The bottle of wine was a very nice surprise. Had breakfast on the front porch while looking at the dolphins! The staff was very welcoming, friendly and accommodating (especially Brett!). Overall it was a great stay and we would stay there again.

This was our first time in a Bed & Breakfasts & it did not disappoint. The inn is beautifully decorated with all the conveniences you need. The staff are welcoming & make you feel at home. Loved it!

The stairs outside were extremely slippery and i fell. I have scraps and bruises. When i reported it i was asked if i wanted an ibuprofen or an ice pack. I was not satisfied with the handling of the situation.

All host staff were amazing! Besides bringing delightful breakfast to room each morning they have a full coffee and tea bar along with beer and wine.
Will definitely choose the Black Dolphin again when I’m area.
