Excellent place! Everything was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Rodeo is great. Lots to do for the kids. Not much of a restaurant offering. The rooms near the pool ( haven’t seen the others ) are so old and depressing. I gave it a very good because of the rodeo and for lots of activities.

Loved loved loved our stay. I will definitely be back. My kids had so much fun. It was truly a wonderful experience. I only have constructive criticism and feedback regarding communication and staff knowing information. The day before I left for Westgate I called and asked about bike rentals. I was told over the phone that since we were arriving late on Friday and going to rent bikes Saturday that the bikes would probably be sold out bc it’s a packed weekend. And I said “what if I arrive right as the bike rentals open?” And he said “they’ll be sold out because you rent the bikes for the weekend.” I said “ohhh wow”. So I went out and purchased a bike rack to bring our bikes”. Fast forward im at Westgate and I’m at the pool area and I see a bunch of bikes. So I walked up to ask because i was curious. And she said “we have plenty of bikes. You can rent them by the hour but you have to come back every hour for us to check on the bikes”. I told her what I was told over the phone and she said they don’t rent bikes for the weekend. Then another thing we were told ahead of time was that when we got the Westgate bands on our wrist that’s all we needed to use the amenities and areas like the pool and the cowboy center etc. however every time we went in they checked us in and we had to wait in a line to get checked in. I asked the girl “why do we have to check in every time if we already have the wrist band?” She said “you must check in every time”. I said it didn’t make sense but w/e.

Beautiful property. Lots of things to do for the kids. We had a great family trip.

Most everything is closed on weekdays. Restaurant service, price and quality of steak/food was poor for the cost. Rooms/furniture/bathroom are very outdated and in poor condition. This is a property to be visited on weekends only unfortunately.

The property is beautiful, but if you want to do the experience for adults all is full booking and the concierge said you can to go in the firts time 8am if we have any cancelations. The other thing if you want to eat later 10pm all is closing. We can't to eating last nigth.
