Two of the lights in my room didn’t work, so I got behind the nightstand to check if it was plugged in - only to find that everything behind the night stand was coated in dust & crumbs. (Also - it was plugged in, just not working)
There was rust visible on the doorframe of the bathroom (it appeared to have been painted over several times) and water damage on the ceiling tiles. The room was musty upon entry.

It is a very nice and clean and well kept area from the lobby to the rooms and the breakfast was better than most places I’ve stayed. I would highly recommend

The staff at the hotel where exceptionally great we had troubles on our trip up there and it was like 4 am when we finally got checked in was a wonderful experience checking in and the next morning when we checked out he called me by my first name and thanked us for staying with them if i am ever back in that area i will definitely stay jere again

This was a dirty hotel, the bathroom door didn't close, the shower was dirty, there was ants all over the bathroom floor, walls, and in the sink.

We were there for my son’s birthday, had everyone upset because it was terribly cold to go swimming. Had to pull my 6 year old out of pool twice so I could take him to shower for warm water because his lips and around lips were blue from being so cold in the pool. Asked to see if they could warm pool area and we don’t know if he tried but it was freezing the entire time. Went and bought a thermometer to check temp- 62 degrees. Also pool closed at 9pm on a Friday night so kids were upset about that as well. Terrible experience.
