The room was clean and very spacious. However, the hotel was extremely dated and in need of a great deal of repair. Carpeting on all the stairs was storn up and ragged along the edges. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was..... there. The coffee was some of the better hotel coffee in a lobby that I have ever had.

The staff was extremely unprofessional and rude. Definitely do not recommend. House keeping never came to clean the room or change the sheets and I had been there for 3 whole days. When I got to my room my bed had a very nasty stain on the sheets, and no toilet paper in the restroom, I felt obligated to take a photo of course. Also around 1AM they had plumping issues that made an extremely loud noise you could hear it on the entire 2nd floor for 30 minutes. I also took a video of that. I definitely would like to take the steps needed for a refund. My email linked to my Expedia is the best way to contact to me regarding this issue. Thank you.

Hotel is obviously dated however, the rooms were clean. The building is right next to the highway so could be noisy for rooms on that side.
