This was a terrible stay. They required a deposit which I've never had to do before. The pool was freezing cold we could not swim. I inquired about it they said it was 80° under monitor. They did not check the temperature With a thermometer. And the hot tub was broken and not available. The entire reason for this hotel reservation was to take my grand kids swimming. We were not able to do that. Complete waste of my time and money and disappointment to them.

We were trwated to a amazing customer service and a free upgrade from the staff for our honeymoon when we absolutely did not ask and they did not have to. We couldnt have dreamed for a better place to start our marriage and have our honeymoon at. Thank you we will be back.
